1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 78bd ("the Platform", "we", "us") and each registered user ("you", "the Player") who accesses or uses services at https://78bd.asia and all associated domains ("the Site"). By completing the registration process, accessing the Site, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 78bd. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Site immediately. 78bd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after any modification is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Player Eligibility

To register and use 78bd you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Site. 78bd may request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any stage.

• You must be a natural person aged 21 or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times your account is active.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh accessing the Site from within Bangladesh. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited may not register.
• You must register using your own accurate personal details. Registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of any such person associated with 78bd.

3Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 78bd services you must complete registration and create a single account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts on the platform.

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 78bd will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• 78bd may request KYC documentation — including a government-issued photo ID and a recent bank statement or utility bill showing your Bangladesh address — before processing any withdrawal.
• Account information including your registered mobile number and payment method details must be kept current. You are responsible for updating your account if your contact details change.

78bd may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application or close an existing account without providing a reason, subject to the return of any verified balance legitimately owed to the player at the time of closure.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

78bd supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services. The following payment conditions apply to all transactions processed through the platform.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100 via bKash and Nagad, and ৳200 via Rocket and Upay. Deposits are credited to your 78bd account in real time under normal operating conditions.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held pending until the required documents are provided. 78bd will communicate outstanding requirements via the account dashboard or live chat.
• 78bd does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used must be registered in the same name as the 78bd account. Third-party deposits will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

78bd periodically offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant offer page at the time of claiming.

• A welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, minimum deposit threshold, and the applicable wagering requirement are stated clearly on the welcome bonus offer page before you claim.
• All bonuses carry a rollover requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed. The wagering contribution of each game type is specified in the bonus terms.
• 78bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing wagering requirements on already-claimed bonuses will be honoured at the time of any such change.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the relevant offer explicitly states otherwise. 78bd will void bonus claims where the same individual or group is found to be claiming the same offer multiple times.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless otherwise stated. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds, not withdrawable cash, until wagering is complete.

6Sports Betting & Casino Game Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity conducted through the 78bd platform. Game-specific rules are also accessible within each game interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 78bd does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the platform, except where a demonstrable technical error attributable to 78bd has occurred.

• 78bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds published in error, including odds resulting from a data feed failure, human input error, or system malfunction. In such cases the full stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Casino games at 78bd are operated by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 78bd is not responsible for game software malfunctions; however, bets voided due to a provider's confirmed technical fault will be settled fairly in accordance with that provider's own terms.
• Maximum win limits per bet, per day, and per event apply across all product categories at 78bd. These limits are published in the platform's betting rules documentation and may be updated periodically.

7Responsible Gaming

8Prohibited Activities

9Account Suspension & Termination

78bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account under the circumstances described below. Where suspension is applied pending investigation, 78bd will aim to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the player.

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions, including any prohibited activity listed in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 78bd, or provision of fraudulent or forged documents during the verification process.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity 78bd considers illegal or potentially harmful to the platform or its users.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account. Upon closure at the player's request, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 78bd platform — including site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game assets supplied by 78bd, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 78bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 78bd.

The 78bd name, brand mark, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of 78bd. Unauthorised use of any 78bd trade mark — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials not authorised by 78bd — is prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 78bd and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if 78bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 78bd's total aggregate liability in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 78bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12Privacy & Data Protection

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
